"How To" Videos for Coastal Zone Permit & License
Dear Fellow Hosts,
Sonoma County now requires all short-term rental operators in the coastal zone to apply for a license by April 11, 2025. You need both a permit and a license to continue your activity. The Sonoma County Coalition of Hosts & Friends is pleased to offer these two videos by Lindsay Darrimon of
Specialized Permitting, to educate you as to why and how to obtain these important certificates.
